I was throughly disappointed tonight when Jordis was voted off. I have been a faithful fan of the show since the beginning and I will now stop watching the show. I can't even fathom why the group chose to vote Jordis off over J.D.....Their decision will be regrettable...... However, having said all that I do agree with Dave that we have not seen the last of her!!! She has an amazing voice that is fresh and invigorating. I am hopeful this will make Jordis stronger and she will redeem herself by
persuing what I think will be a very successful future in music. I can't wait to buy your first cd!!! You Rock Girl.......We will miss you :o(

Sorry I am old enough to be your pops, but nobody seemed more perfect to be your dad then that big smiling, yes beaming, man. I see where you get your spirit and zest for life. I am so happy you were able to make him proud, as if he isn't already bursting.

Imagine was spectacular, but no surprise, and you made this grown man weep like a child. It so brought me back to that time and mournig again, it felt clensing, thank you. I feel you have your edge back. You seemed youself again, seeing family must have recharged the batteries.

Loved your take on INXS. Fan since 1982, and loved the original, but I have the DVD's now and if I want to remember M.H. I will watch him. But it is 2005 and time for a New Sensation...so could see you getting the fans up and grooving like in Live Baby Live. It was the first time it clicked for me, New INXS, and I loved it. Your voice floated and roared and it made me want to dance. You have some funk in ya darlin, knew it all along. Stay loose and in the moment. Stay out of your friggin head, not a good place for you. Just go for it, no looking back. Rock on Jordis. Can't wait to see more.

As a really old Friend of rock 'n roll, I thought you had this thing won the first time I saw you perform. Some guy was being all negative and nasty, I countered him simply that you have "it". You're electyrifying, also tear-jerking. "Imagine" blew me away. Not many artists could make a channel-surfer stop just to listen (no matter what their tastes were!!) there are only a few--Cher, Aretha, Ann Wilson add Diana Krall and Bette Midler. I have lately been thinking (I grew up with the greats--Hendrix, Zepplin, The Doors The Beatles, the Dead, the Who, Emerson, Lake and Palmer--on and on) so, INXS, nice band, maybe, but just why should they particularly deserve someone entirely different and spectacularly talented. Jimmy Morrison won't be back!

Jordis...Imagine is one of my all time fav's and you did yourself proud. Don't consider the bottom three a stumbling block; just use it to your advantage girlfriend. Find your voice and soul that you had in the Westwood one performance with Mig and INXs when you sang Never Tear us Apart!....your soulful, rocking sound shines through and that's what INXS wants to hear in the bottom three. You're an awesome talent and underestimate yourself as to what you have to offer this group. Do some soul searching, I can see in your eyes what's there and I don't even know you; then knock their socks off, again!...Rock on!

Hey Girl! You do Minnesota proud! If you don't win it's INXS' loss and totally our gain. I'm looking forward to your successful solo career. Don't let the band get you down by their negative comments, you're an original and should be allowed to excell in your individuality. Rock on!

And one more thing...

Just remember, that if you happen to be eliminated, it has NOTHING to do with you not being a good singer, and everything to do with INXS not being able to think outside the box and worth with you musically, instead of them turning you into some kind of puppet. Listen up, INXS... I have loved your music and been a fan of it since 1986.. I've missed your music a great deal, but I've moved on with the times, and listen to other stuff, which I'm sure you do too. If you want someone to simulate the sound you've had forever, choose Marty, or JD, or Suzie. If you want someone who will bring freshness to your sound, and make you just as amazing as you were back in the day but better, you'll be smart to choose Jordis or MiG. But don't choose either if you're going to try and smother them, snuffing out their creativity and individuality. Do that with one of the puppets.

I was giving INXS' comments last night some thought too, about no one in the bottom three getting the songs right, and here's what I think the problem is...

They're old songs. They complain when they had everyone in the studio doing the song they wrote that Jordis didn't sing it the way they wanted it to go, and Suzie "nailed" it. Then they pat people on the back when they take a song and "make it their own". They flip flop all the time. I LOVE the song "This Time", but there's not much you can do with it other than sing it. I thought Jordis did a nice vocalization with "Listen Like Thieves", spicing it up a little. But I really think INXS needs to move forward musically, and if they can't.. then I truly hope Jordis doesn't become a part of the band because she will lose herself. She's had enough exposure on this show to land on her feet no matter what! So whatever happens, she'll be a winner.

And about Kirk's comment to MiG saying that he sang all over the instrumental part of "Live and Let Die" and musicians hate that... I seem to remember Michael Hutchence not shutting up during the musical bridge in "What You Need", so they should really stop making comments like that.

To Yeah..--Jordis can't sing anything besides ballads? I wouldn't exactly call Baba O'Riley and Heart-Shaped Box ballads...so what if she puts up a mixture of stuff? Out of everyone who's left, at least Jordis isn't blaming her bad night on her ethnicity...she flat out told them at the end of 'Imagine' that she knew she should've been in the bottom 3 for Dream On

I think it's going to be extremely difficult for the band to make the final decision. As much as I like Suzie, I don't see her in the final three, or she's tied with Mig for third. And there's a tie for first. I really can't decide between you and Marty. You are both incredibly powerful performers. You've both made me tear up. You've both made the members of INXS tear up. You and Marty deliver in a completely different fashion.

I'm not sure what INXS had a problem with tonight when they said no one in the bottom three got it right. That surprised me, as I thought each of you gave very good performances. It was terribly difficult to see Ty go, and I fully appreciated his comments to INXS at the end. I'm sure there will be a tearful bunch at the house tonight.

All that being said, I can only tell you what you already know, keep your focus.
